Our Faith-Based services operate from the principle that all people are made in the image of God. Our clients are unique because of this and in their ability to manage themselves and their environment. We believe they have the capacity to think rationally and morally and desire to relate to one another and to God, Hughes Center’s goals are centered around these beliefs.
